The Studio Workshops are a series of low cost, intensive one day workshops run by photographer and writer Lewis Bush.
The Studio Workshops are all held in my studio and home. This approach combines the benefits of being in a working studio surrounded by real world examples of the topics being discussed, and also includes lunch in an intimate social setting.
The Studio Workshops, which are based on my extensive experience teaching photography at levels from primary school to post-graduate level are designed to be highly specific in topic, learner focused and emphasise a practical hand on approach. Each workshop lasts one day (six hours, plus an hour for lunch) and the cost includes food in my home next door to the studio. Lunch, workshop materials, and resources to take away afterwards are all included in the price.
The social element is also an important of the workshop, time spent together over lunch means an additional opportunity to discuss the workshop themes and get to know other participants. As with other workshop programs I have run this over time will build up to a network of people with like minded interests able to share information, advice and encouragement with each other.
