Ways of Seeing Algorithmically is an ongoing project to recreate John Berger’s seminal 1972 book Ways of Seeing as a primer on the politics of computer vision. This book consists of an extended essay in English and French exploring the motivations behind the project and incorporating some of the research imagery from it.
